Example: a deposit of ৳1,000 gives a bonus of ৳1,200, making the total balance ৳2,200, and before withdrawing, bets totalling ৳1,200 × 25 = ৳30,000 must be placed.

5.2 Other Bonuses

5.3 General Bonus Terms and Conditions

If the wagering conditions for a bonus are not met within a specified period, the bonus will expire. Misuse of bonuses — such as claiming from multiple accounts or attempting to exploit the system — will result in the bonus being cancelled and the account may be closed if such activity is detected.

The outcome of all games displayed on bajje 999 is determined by the relevant game provider's software and a Random Number Generator (RNG). The platform does not predetermine the result of any game.

6.1 Sports Betting

For sports betting, once a bet is confirmed it cannot be cancelled, unless bajje 999 identifies an error or irregularity. Live odds may change up until the match begins, and the odds at the time of confirmation apply to the confirmed bet.

6.2 Technical Issues

If a connection is lost or a technical error occurs during a game, the game will be settled according to the data saved on the server side. bajje 999 reserves the right to determine the outcome based on mid-game data in such situations.

6.3 Bet Cancellation

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited on bajje 999, and if detected, the account may be cancelled and legal action may be taken:

• Operating multiple accounts by the same person.
• Using multiple identities to take advantage of bonuses or promotions.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to play games or place bets.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another member's account.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Attempting to find or exploit vulnerabilities in bajje 999's systems.
• Engaging in fraudulent behaviour toward or harassment of other members.

bajje 999 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of these terms and conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification.
• Suspicious financial activity.
• Self-exclusion or a temporary break requested by the user.

8.1 Withdrawal After Account Closure

If an account is closed for reasons other than a policy violation, or if the member wishes to close it themselves, the member will be given the opportunity to withdraw any eligible balance in the account. However, bonus balances and funds where wagering conditions have not been met will not be refunded.

8.2 Self-Exclusion
